You are likely missing files from the download, so might check your antivirus if its deleting files. Also make sure to whitelist the game so it does not get any of the files likely removed by a false scan.
But it could also be because you have some software not updated, so make sure everything is up to date.

Whitelist the game if it gets deleted on startup.
