I'm having trouble with the game crashing every time i try to play on arcade mode, it crashes when all files and folders are downloaded but delete a certain one and i can play it only for the arcade menu buttons to be blocked by untextured white squares and also the sharedasset9 file only seems to be only one instead of three like the rest of the files

With the technology we have today, it wouldn't be a problem to include additional languages in a video game.
Translating Ai are not good for a direct translation often times leaving things even more confusing than just understanding them. Especially when words have different meanings based on context or pitch.
Just for a quick example. Japanese Onomatopoeia for sexual noises often gets translated into the word "Bread" in english.
Many low grade games do direct translation and the sentences just end up a gibberish mess of words unless someone familiar with the language performs a cleanup and only use the AI to speed up the process of translating multiple lines.
Well there are some that can be obtained but others ones that an other story. If you want to know what scenes can be unlock in 1.9 try looking at some YouTube videos from mastermax888 and gamingrose they can help so look them up 👍.
Well it still to early for some new info, so far the only info i got was that the new 2.3 update might be finish around this month or February, because fatal fire is rebuilding the arcade mode from scratch and adding the new night guard it will be hard to know when the new update will be available.

By looking at the controls and gameplay i see that this could be a good mobile game but it will be laggy for some devices like i play the other versoin like this i was so laggy and too dark even fully turn the brigthness its still dark and laggy for my device if you trying to make this into mobile make not too dark and laggy im using redmi note 5 pro yet its laggy or my device is too low so make able to work for my device and i wll donate some money to help the devs make the game into mobile as quick as possible and great game
Do you know that not everyone can afford a new computer or similar stuff, given the current prices and all the wars happening around the world? If the conflict between China and Taiwan escalates soon, it will likely create chaos for chips and other electronic components. However, making the game a bit more accessible even for those with not-too-old computers wouldn't be a bad idea!

Go into "FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs_Data\Managed" folder
Drag and drop "Assembly-CSharp.dll" into "DnSpy"
Find the class name "CONTROL_ESCENAS"
Inside the method "ACTUALIZAR" there will be the scenes. One can remove the conditions inside the method and directly set their state to active. Below is how it can be accomplished for 1.9
For that purpose registry modification would be enough, you can run regedit and find the destination below
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Fatal Fire Studio\FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs
Then find the value starting with "XP_" and modify it, pick decimal as the base and enter a value.
(The value might not be there if the player hasn't completed at least one session that would make changes to the amount of money, i.e. winning or losing a game, after that it's created)
As for if the method I used for unlocking the scenes can be used again for controlling the money, it can be. After taking a quick look:
GameTRANCISCONTROL: Controls the amount of money lost & earned due to missions/actions.
CONTROL_DINEROS: Retrieves the amount of money the player possesses from the registry, can also be set manually for a fixed amount after changing Start, Update and ACTUALIZATION (for displaying the amount). I.E. "CONTROL_DINEROS.m_XP = PlayerPrefs.GetInt("XP");" > "CONTROL_DINEROS.m_XP = 999999;"
CONTROL_TIENDA: Controls the prices for skins, objects etc. The fields can be altered to change the price.
DnSpy can be used for modding so many things easily if the dlls are open source and not obfuscated.

As for modding assets such as textures, audio: Asset Studio GUI can be used for displaying and exporting assets used, Asset Bundle Extractor can be used for importing modified assets into the game, DevX can also be used and offers many features but it's paid. Some of the skin textures as .png files can be found inside "sharedassets2.assets & "sharedassets4.assets" which are located inside "FAP NIGHTS AT FRENNIs_Data" and overwriting any of those should change the corresponding texture in-game.

If you wanted to play arcade mode, then reduce your graphics to low.
