Its either your Direct 11 thats the issue, or your antivirus that deleted the important files when you downloaded it.
Make sure antivirus has whitelisted the download, the folder and its content if its because of false positive scan of the game.

Desactive el antivirus y sigue cerrandose el juego cuando intento jugar. Se cierra exactamanete en la pantalla de carga
